Casey heard that Denny's was having free breakfast this past Tuesday so we decided to go check it out. I thought if we waited until later in the day it wouldn't be so busy. Boy was I wrong! We drove up and saw the line all around the building and kept on driving. No way is a few pancakes worth waiting in that line with two kids. We were pretty hungry though so we decided to go to Olive Garden. So instead of getting a free lunch we ended up spending money. I'm glad we were able to go out as a family but spending money on a meal, and not even a cheap meal, when I was planning on getting it free...doesn't make much sense does it? Oh well, I would rather have Olive Garden over Denny's anytime!P.S.
I guess Casey read that they were busy all day long with people standing in line at 5:30 in the morning. Things people will do for free stuff, pretty crazy!

I bet all the people in line at 5:30 AM were all homeless bums. If I was a homeless bum I'd sure as heck be there.
I was so excited for that... come to find out we don't have a denny's just a IHOP. It makes me feel better knowing I couldn't go anyway. Yikes I wouldn't have waited either. Just think how much better the food is at olive garden! I miss olive garden. We should get together and go there, If your not sick of it.
I am usually always up for breakfast and was tempted to go check this out. However, I was hesitant on how busy it would be and am so glad I didn't waste my time either then. I don't like restaurant pancakes anyway...too flat. Sorry you had to spend money though instead of getting a free meal.
