Snow day!
Last Monday we woke up to see that there had been a major snow storm during the night. I wasn't even aware that we were going to get that much snow. Casey didn't work that day so he decided to build a slide in our front yard. The neighbors kids were at our house all do going down the slide. They also had fun being pulled in a sled behind the four-wheeler (our neighbor's.) It was a really fun day. I guess some of the other dad's in the neighborhood voted Casey "The Best Dad in the Neighborhood." They don't know that he's still a kid at heart and loves doing that kind of stuff. How fun! We don't get fun snow here in Iowa all of the know has a layer of ice on it. It's so cold here you don't want to leave your house. Today with the windchill it was -1. Brrrr...
ah so fetchin cute! that looks like so much fun! yes casey is an amazing daddy :)
Wow...where was I? That slide looks like lots of fun. Did it take forever to build? We did make a snowman this year (in fact the scarf and hat are still in our front yard) but that's the extent of our snow-fun!
